1. Are calculator results final engineering values?

No. Results are estimation outputs for planning and procurement support. Always verify final values against drawings, standards, and engineering checks.

2. Which units are used in calculators?

Dimension inputs are primarily in millimeters, density is in kg/m3, and output totals are in kilograms unless otherwise noted.

3. How is free plan row limit enforced?

Row limits are enforced server-side based on your entitlement, not only in the front-end, so protected actions remain restricted securely.

4. Can I export results to Excel and PDF?

Yes for eligible plans. Export permissions depend on your active subscription features.

5. Can I save and reuse project calculations?

Yes. Saved Projects are available for plans that include project storage and allow reopening, editing, and recalculating entries.

6. How is pipe schedule mode handled?

Pipe OD/thickness manual mode is available for all users. Schedule mode with standards library is available on eligible paid plans.

7. What does BOM Maker include?

The engineering BOM workspace supports line items, revisions, design breakdown, cutting plans, material requirement sheets, and report/export workflows.

8. Can I switch between light and night mode?

Yes. Use the theme toggle in navigation. Your preference is stored locally and reused automatically.

9. Do you support online payments?

Yes. Logged-in users can start plan upgrades from Pricing via Razorpay checkout and access updates after payment confirmation.

10. Where can I review legal and policy pages?

You can access Legal, Disclaimer, Privacy, Refund, and Contact pages from the site footer and navigation.
